Pay: $24 - 32 per hour + profit sharing
Position Objective:
Perform front desk receptionist/switchboard activities that are vital to the image and identity of the company as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to Wagner. Provide support for the President of the Americas and other executive team members.
Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist vendors, customers, and visitors and see they are promptly put in contact with appropriate personnel. Register visitors and issue visitor’s badges as required.
- Greeting customers warmly with a positive, helpful attitude upon their entry.
- Provide an excellent first impression of Wagner to all guests.
- Ensure the lobby, main entrance, and front walkway are presentable, safe, and secure. Monitor equipment to ensure good operating condition. Notify maintenance for removal of ice, snow, or debris from front walkway or needed repairs for lobby.
- Responsible for daily operation of the mailroom. Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing with precise postage required. Distribute or notify recipients of incoming items such as faxes, UPS deliveries, courier deliveries, or office supplies. Setup outgoing UPS front desk shipments.
- Operate telephone console, receive incoming calls and directing callers to the proper party in a professional manner. General requests for information are answered applying established guidelines.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, mailings, and managing office supply levels.
- Support the President and Leadership Team in managing schedules, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including hotel, dining, and processing expense reports as needed.
- Help other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting articles such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and phone usage. This is an on-site based position with flexible hours offered. Open to part time employment.
