Reports to: Consumer Marketing Manager

Compensation Range: $54,000-70,000 annually

 

 

Position Objective:

 

This person will be responsible for driving performance, reporting, optimizing, and testing across multiple ad platforms to include Amazon, Orange Apron Media (The Home Depot), Roundel Media (Target), Walmart, Lowe’s, and others. Position requires passion, curiosity, and analytical mindset for Amazon Ads, Retail Media, and Ecommerce marketing. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

Retail Media Ad Management – 75%

  • Execute and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns and other Retail Media Ad Platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Video) to drive sales and maximize profit.
  • Create and deliver detailed performance reports, to effectively communicate results and insights.
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate with Consumer Marketing Manager to make data-driven decisions.
  • Execute keywords, bids, and budgets to optimize for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader digital strategies during internal team meetings.
  • Research and analyze our business, competitors, and target audiences in order to recommend channel, budget, and targeting strategies
  • Effectively execute campaigns through available ad tech tools to drive efficiency
  • Collaboration with Sales Manager in order to support sales

 

Ecommerce marketing – 10%

  • Look at keyword trends
  • Update product details pages with SEO tactics
  • A/B testing with product detail pages
     

Email Marketing – 10%

  • Create, design, and deploy emails based on approved strategy.
  • Grow, maintain and segment CRM database utilizing Hubspot.
  • Track, report and A/B test to optimized for performance and database health.
  • Create and manage email calendar

 

Other Marketing – 5%

  • Assist with other projects as requested
  • Keep up to date with relevant marketing tactics and tools
  • Support evolving e-commerce strategy
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Relationship to Others:

Works closely with Marketing, sales, product support and product teams. Also, has frequent contact with outside vendors and customers.

 

Dimensions of Position

Independently analyses and reports out performance, identifies trends, executes campaigns and optimizes media buys.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing communications related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources.

 

  • Preferred pay per click marketing management experience with Amazon and/or other Retail Media Marketplaces, marketing experience, email and data analysis skills a plus.

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft based software: word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot and/or Stackline a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and turn into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to details along with flexibility, proactive approach
  • Project management and ability to work on multiple things at the same time.
  • Good critical thinking skills to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Must be able to work independently

Working Conditions

 

Work is performed in a standard or home office environment which requires occasionally lifting articles such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and phone usage. This position is hybrid, averaging 2 days per week in the office.
