Your Tasks:

  • WAGNER is a leading global supplier of systems and components in industrial surface technology – you are responsible for after- sales activities in the field of automated powder and liquid coating systems. 

  • Specifically, you will work with WAGNER`s installation & service partners and assist our customers to ensure any service or warranty requests are handled effectively.

  • You will be the link between Wagner industrial customers as well as partners and our centres of expertize in both Germany and Italy.

  • The after sales support as well as assisting in the installation of industrial coating assets with our partners is part of your responsibilities. 

  • You will track and record all after sales activities in the respective IT systems. 

  • You will responsible for knowledge transfer regarding new and existing products between Wagner and our industrial partners in Spain and Portugal. 


Sus funciones y responsabilidades:

  • WAGNER es uno de los principales proveedores de sistemas y componentes de recubrimiento líquido y polvo – usted será responsable para todas las actividades de postventa en el campo de recubrimiento industrial para la península Ibérica. 
  • Asesorar a clientes en la funcionalidad de nuestros productos y sistemas, gestionando solicitudes de mantenimiento / cambios de componentes bajo garantía.
  • Ser el enlace entre los clientes industriales/ empresas asociadas y los centros de ingeniería de WAGNER en Alemania e Italia.
  • Registrar todas las actividades de postventa en nuestros sistemas. 
  • Dar formación a empresas asociadas en España y Portugal con respecto a productos nuevos y existentes.




Your Profile:

  • You have completed a technical degree or can demonstrate comparable qualifications (e.g. vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering).
  •  You have solid industrial service experience in application technologies, preferably in the coating industry.
  •  You have a good command of the Spanish and English language, both written and spoken, in order to be able to communicate with your international colleagues. Language skills in German are a plus. 
  • For service and training activities, you have a willingness to travel approx. 60% of your time. Ideally, you are resident of Asturias or Cantabria.
  •  Driver’s license Class B is a requirement. 
  • You are a committed, communicative personality with strong communication skills, a technological affinity and you like to try new things.


Su perfil:

  • Título técnico o calificaciones comparables demostrables (por ejemplo, formación profesional en ingeniería electrónica /mecánica). 
  • Sólida experiencia en el servicio de postventa para tecnologías de aplicación, preferiblemente en la industria de revestimiento industrial.
  • Buen dominio del idioma español e inglés, tanto escrito como hablado, para poder comunicarse con sus colegas internacionales. Las habilidades lingüísticas en alemán son una ventaja. 
  • Para la actividad de ventas, disposición a viajar de aprox. 60%. Idealmente, eres residente en Asturias/Cantabria.  
  • Licencia de conducir Clase B es un requisito. 
  • Perfil comunicativo y comprometido, afinidad tecnológica y adaptación al cambio.
